RACINE County ARES Emcomm (WI9RAC) is here to provide support for amateur radio emergency communications activities and to further the education and training of amateur radio operators in the use and application of both analog and digital voice and data communication modes.

The Racine County ARES (WI9RAC) is supporting the needs of the Racine County amateur radio and fostering their service to the community during communication emergencies
